Since the start of the IFRS adoption journey by Banks in The Gambia, The Firm has taken the leading role in both the transition route to the adoption of IFRS and the most recent, implementing the new IFRS 9 Standard for Banks.
Our team of experts for the Implementation of IFRS 9 comprises of experts with vast knowledge and experience in similar markets.

  • Transition to IFRS (for first time adoption )
  • Full implementation of the new IFRS 9
  • IFRS 9 Impact Assessment (including Training knowledge transfer, etc)
  • Annual refresher trainings on IFRS 9

  • Accounting and Payroll Bureau Services (we handle the accounting transactions records and financial reporting and payroll processing for clients)

The major objectives of our Information Technology (IT) services is to enable businesses achieve their organizational goals with our proven methodologies, home-grown intellectual capital and best practices in the management and implementation of Information systems. It consists of two service areas: Enterprise Applications and Technology Integration.

  • Disaster Recovery Plans
  • Review of IT System
  • Corporate training on the Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

We also implement, support and train on the following Software applications:

  • FinEx Accounting System for Businesses and other Not -for- Profit Organisations
  • FinExPP Financial Management System for Projects and Programmes
  • Asset Register for the Management of Fixed Assets
  • PayPro for Payroll processing

This Unit seeks to help organisations define structures and realise their Human Capital management strategies by focusing on the development and delivering of services that target their most important assets – employees. Services we carry out include:

  • Salary Surveys
  • Recruitment services on behalf of clients,
  • Staff Audit
