Aji has worked for the firm for more than twenty-five years serving both domestic and foreign markets, She has a wealth of expertise working with clients in a range of industries providing services that include financial audit, internal audit, forensic and fraud investigations, valuations, due diligence and financial advisory.

She is a charted accountant, a fellow of the ACCA and holds a master’s degree and post graduate diploma in Audit Management and Consultancy from the University of Central England (now Birmingham City University), Birmingham, UK. She is a member of the Gambia Institute of Chartered Accounts (GICA) and a former member of the GICA Council.

She has worked across all service lines within the firm and became a Partner on 2014. She has been the Managing Partner since 2016.
